Baggage Allowances
Flights to and from Belize are available from these airlines and each airline has specific baggage rules for international flights. The links below will take you to the rules published by each airline. Each airline restricts checked bags to 50 LBS and allows two checked bags. American, Continental, Delta and US Airways allow both bags to weight up to 50 LBS for a total of 100 LBS. Some airlines are charging additional fees for checked bags.
You should also be aware of the restrictions placed on items that can be placed in carry-on and checked bags. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued tips for Smart Packing and maintains a list of Permitted and Prohibited Items.
